Reinstall the battery and charge it fully.

Clean filter assembly and roller brush, then reinstall them.

1. The roller brush turns, LED lights off - replace the electric broom head
2. The roller brush doesn't turn - remove the metal extension tube and attach the electric broom head to the engine. If it doesn't turn and the lights are off, replace the electric broom head.

Remove the metal extension tube and attach the electric broom head directly to the engine. If it functions, then the metal extension tube needs replacement. please reach customer service.

Replace the battery.please reach customer service.

Replace the dust container.

Keep the springs, and reach customer service for joint buttons.

Replace the brush head.
